The NEU1000AP is a dual-function ultrasonic biometer and pachymeter designed for comprehensive anterior segment evaluation in cataract and refractive surgery planning. Operating at 10 MHz for biometry and 15–20 MHz for pachymetry, the device delivers submillimetre accuracy (≤±0.05 mm biometry; ≤±5 µm pachymetry) with 0.01 mm display resolution. Clinicians can select between automatic modes (Normal, Cataract, Aphakic) and manual measurement for maximum flexibility across diverse patient presentations.
The integrated IOL calculation engine supports seven major formulas—including SRK/T, HOLLADAY, HAIGIS, and post-refractive surgery algorithms (DOUBLE-K/SRK-T, HISTORY DERIVED, SHAMMAS)—enabling confident lens selection for all surgical scenarios. Dual measurement methods (contact and immersion) accommodate patient comfort and clinical preference, while the compact AC 100–110V/240V design fits seamlessly into any ophthalmic suite.
